Bruce is a large, male Huntaway X, aged 9 years old.Description:
Due to a sudden change in circumstances where I can’t take my old boy with me. Bruce is looking for his forever home, he is an ex-showdog from the agrodome, rotorua. Has worked with sheep, birds and now with dairy cattle. He is great at bringing the cows out of steep paddocks, walks them up slowly (don’t run a dairy cow), is an excellent hand and when you need him he is just there. Knows way back, speak, left, right, and enough (backs off and is quiet). Bruce is my first working dog and the the things he’s taught me is amazing. Will recommend anyone starting out to learn of the dogs with experience. Bruce does have an old injury – his hip has been replaced so it’s not recommended he jump gates, this injury has not slowed him down as when I try leave him home for a rest he ends up popping up on farm when he hears my voice. I absolutely adore Bruce and everything I’ve learnt from him and I’m hoping he will be your knight in armor too.Is Bruce used to children? Yes.
Is Bruce used to cats? Yes.
Is Bruce toilet-trained? Yes.
