Indy is a medium-sized, female Huntaway X, aged 1 years old.Description:
Indy was adopted from a rescue at 11 weeks of age, her mother gave birth in foster care. We were told her mother was a border collie x, and that was all the details they had on breed.
She has all the look, and characteristics of a huntaway including the bark, so we are presuming that comes from dad.
Is Indy used to cats? Don’t know.
Is Indy toilet-trained? Yes.
Is Indy used to stock? Don’t know.
Is Indy used to chickens? No.
How well does Indy get on with other dogs? Great.
Indy lives in Te puke, North Island.
A bit about Indy’s personality:
In her own environment, Indy is chilled, affectionate, playful and rarely barks. She loves a chest scratch and will sit on her haunches like a kangaroo to give you better access.
She’s highly intelligent and has a great recall.
She is a fairly nervous dog around new people and changes in her environment. She needs training to help her manage her fearfulness.
