About Joe:

Joe is a medium-sized, male huntaway-or-head/hunt, aged 6 years old.

Joe is a 6 year old working dog who has lived all his life on a farm, but ended up in the pound, where he was rescued from. He is a dog who has spent a lot of his life kennelled. Since we have had him, he has been on a small farm block in foster the past few weeks and has made it clear he prefers to be outside in his cosy kennel rather than indoors.

A bit about Joe’s personality:

Friendly. Cheerful, affectionate. Loves the quad bike, loves to run and run with the bike. Good with all other animals. Joe loves being with people and receiving attention. He needs a good pet home where he will be well cared for. Joe is now healthy and well fed. We have had him fully vaccinated, and he will be desexed before he leaves. ARAN is a registered charitable trust and therefore we need to charge an adoption fee to help with the costs of this.
