A bit about Obi’s personality:

Obi was originally off a farm and would likely suit a similar setting or lifestyle block. He has a very strong herding instinct and requires a good amount of stimulation and exercise. He gets on well with most other dogs (except younger males) and has had a good amount of exposure through pack walks. He has been an inside dog and is crate trained at night. He loves to chase a ball and is very smart and could be trained easily with someone who understands the breed and the requirements.
Unfortunately he is not good with children or people he doesn’t know well and cannot go to a home with kids. He has never attacked and has been brought up with two boys who love him but gets extremely anxious and growls when around other people, especially children. This is very stressful for all of us. We have worked with a number of trainers to help but we have decided that it is too difficult to have him in situations where there are children around and means we are unable to have children at our home without locking him away which is not fair on our children or him.
