Are Ruby And Pete used to chickens? Yes.
How well does Ruby And Pete get on with other dogs? Great.
Pete and Ruby are 6 year old Huntaways and we believe they are brother and sister. These two are just the loveliest dogs; super easy to have around, great with kids, cats and other dogs. They’re fostered in a multi dog household and get on well with dogs of all sizes. They are toilet trained. Very affectionate and playful. We would love for them to find a home together as they are very close, but will consider rehoming them separately if they go to homes with another dog as company.
Ruby is a stunning blue Huntaway. She can be a little shy initially but is very sweet when she feels comfortable. She can occasionally be a little naughty and chew things if she is bored. Pete is very happy and laid back. He has had to have one of his back legs amputated due to an old injury that he arrived with, but this doesn’t hold him back.
They would make such a lovely pair for a family and would probably prefer to be on a lifestyle block where they can mooch around and have a bit of space to run.
They are both desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and are registered for this year. As with all of our foster dogs they have an adoption fee of $350 and we will require a vet reference and property inspection from potential owners.
