Meet Chewie!

This charming, 10-12 month old bundle of joy is seeking a forever pet home where he can shower his love and affection on his very own family. Chewie boasts an infectious smile and a zest for life, making him an instant delight to be around.

Chewie adores children and plays wonderfully with other dogs, especially smaller ones. His fosters have been impressed by his gentle nature and ability to get along with everyone. While he may take a little time to warm up to new people, especially those with confident approaches, Chewie will eventually come over to say hello once he feels comfortable.

As a young dog, Chewie is still learning and growing. He’s crate-trained and working on his controls, but his excitement to be with his loved ones can sometimes get the better of him. With patience and consistent training, Chewie’s recall will improve, and he’ll become an even more loyal companion.

One of Chewie’s most charming qualities is his quiet nature – he rarely barks and isn’t fazed by the sounds and sights of a lively household, including a menagerie of poultry.

Weighing in at approximately 23kg, Chewie is a compact bundle of energy and love. He’s looking for a family who will provide him with the attention, patience, and love he craves. In return, Chewie promises to bring boundless joy, loyalty, and snuggles into your life.

Chewie has been fully vaccinated, microchipped, flead and wormed and is desexed. He has an adoption fee of $350 and, as with all of our foster dogs, we’ll require a vet reference and property inspection prior to adoption.
