Indie is a bright, affectionate, and intelligent 2-year-old Border Collie with a big heart and a love for learning. She’s happiest when she has a routine, space to move, and a calm, predictable environment.

She’s a classic Border Collie in all the best ways — smart, eager to please, and quick to pick up new tricks. Indie absolutely loves playing with balls, and training time is one of her favorite things. She is also cat-friendly and gets along well with feline companions.

⚠️ Why We’re Rehoming Her

This is a heartbreaking decision for our family. Indie has a history of anxiety and reactive behavior, and she recently lunged aggressively at our child in an unprovoked situation. Though no serious injury occurred, it made it clear that Indie is not comfortable around children and is not coping in our busy home.

She deserves a life where she feels safe and confident, and we believe that’s only possible in a child-free environment where her needs are better understood and met.
