About Sam:
Sam is a large, male Huntaway, aged 6 years old.
Description:Sam has had a great working life as our first fully broken in huntaway, he doesnโt have the prettiest style but we could always count on him to get the job done. Last year Sam showed signs of being lame, which ended in some hard to swallow news.. his working life had come to an end. Weโve tried to retire Sam to the porch but the boy will run kmโs if he hears the bosses whistle itโs a serious case of fomo. Sam is comfortable, but can show signs of lameness if he does too much.
Is Sam used to children? Yes.Is Sam used to cats? Don’t know.
Is Sam toilet-trained? No.
Is Sam used to stock? Yes.
Is Sam used to chickens? No.
How well does Sam get on with other dogs? Great.
Sam lives in Masterton, .
A bit about Sam’s personality:
The dog who never grew up and is completely obsessed with his owner.
Thereโs no lack of loyalty when it comes to Sam, he will push his every limit to please his owner. He needs someone to be his best mate, he gets along great with other dogs but itโs his owner who is his be all and end all so doesnโt need to have other dogs around.
He is a goofball, the amount of times weโve wondered when heโll lose his goofy puppyness – the answer is never and we love that about him.
