Ziggy is a sweet black and tan Heading Dog, 3 years old, looking for a second chance at a gentle life. Working life wasn't for her, being shouted at was more than her sensitive nature could handle, but she's been a loving family pet before, and she can be again.

Ziggy is a little timid, especially around men, and does best with a calm, patient approach and daytime company. She'd be perfectly suited to a lady, though we believe with time, trust, and a soft touch, a quiet and gentle man could win her over too.

The good news? Ziggy is great with kids, gets on fine with other dogs, and is completely relaxed around cats and poultry. She's also toilet-trained and ready for a calm, loving home.

ARAN Rescue will take care of her desexing, vaccination, microchipping, and registration for the coming year.

Located in Whanganui. If you can offer Ziggy patience and a gentle hand, she'll reward you with real loyalty and love.

Wow, you guys are incredible!! We've managed to cover two months of vet bills all because of our one raffle.

We're so grateful to have a community that really backs us. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets - a big congrats to Sophie for winning our human raffle pack, Ali who won our dog raffle pack, and Deborah who won the delicious cake!
