Meet Clay – The Lovable Goof

Looking for a loyal friend to join your family? Clay, a 10-month-old Heading dog cross, is a bundle of joy! Described as goofy, sweet, sassy, sociable, silly, and willing to please, he’s sure to capture your heart.

Clay has been thriving in foster care with another dog and has learned to get along splendidly with his canine companion. He’s also been exposed to chickens, sheep, and cats with no issues, making him a great fit for a farm or rural home. His calm and gentle nature makes him polite and friendly when greeting other dogs.

Clay is pretty chill and low-energy, which means he won’t need hours of exercise to meet his needs. However, he’s always happy to go on longer walks or run alongside a bike. With great recall and basic command skills, Clay is easy to train and a joy to be around.

A suitable home for Clay would be a calm and quiet environment with an established, confident dog that he can learn from. He loves his crate and is quick to settle in for a rest. If you’re looking for a loving companion who’ll bring joy and laughter to your life, Clay might be the perfect match. Get in touch to learn more about adopting this lovable boy!

Clay has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, registered, flea and worm treated.

He has an adoption fee of $350 and, as with all of our foster dogs, we’ll require a vet reference and property inspection prior to adoption.
