Meet Jess, the Energetic and Affectionate Mate!

Jess is a lively 2-year-old heading dog looking for an active lifestyle or working home where she can thrive. Originally rehomed with her mum, Jess has potential to be a working dog if given the right environment – she’s got the spark, especially when her mum’s not around to influence her!

This sweet girl loves people and is super affectionate – she’ll flop at your feet for attention and loves spending time with her humans. Jess does well with kids around, has excellent recall, and knows basic commands like “off”, “sit”, and “come”. She travels well in the car, follows a bike, and is getting better at walking on a lead.

Jess plays nicely with other dogs (bigger dogs are her fave), but needs good fencing if you’ve got chickens – she’ll chase free-range birds! She’s still working on her toilet training, but she’s crate-trained overnight and sleeps inside.

Jess hates being left alone – she’ll try to escape if she’s on her own for too long, so a secure setup with good fencing or a kennel and run is a must.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’ll keep you on your toes, Jess is your girl!

Adoption fee: $350 (includes spay, vaccination, microchip, flea/worm treatment, and registration). Vet reference and property inspection required.
