About Regi:

Regi is a medium-sized, male Bearded Collie X, aged 2 years old.

Description:

He is 2 year old Bearded Collie x Huntaway Cross. We adopted him last week from his owner, (Regi was with him since 8 weeks old) as he was having trouble  giving him enough time. Regi was born on a farm and his parents were working dogs.

He also sent a copy of the vet records, and Regi has an amazing record. He is vaccinated and desexed. With our situation, we reckon that he needs to be in a farm due to his high energy and seems that he needs to be working and be active all the time. Our house doesn’t offer him enough space and even two people are not enough to give him full on attention the whole day (due to his high energy). He is lovely and clingy. He follows and waits for you whenever you’re doing something but always demands for his ball and of course some treats when he gives high fives. He is very well with his potty training.

We do believe that Regi needs to be working on a farm or livestock. He got this high energy due to his breed and isn’t really just a house dog. His energy lasts up the whole day even with his 90 min walk. He knows certain commands like stay, sit, high five, shake hands, etc.

Is Regi used to stock? Don’t know.
Is Regi used to chickens? No.
How well does Regi get on with other dogs? Great.

The dog knows what he wants, what to do. He is intelligent, just quite stubborn when he has nothing to do. He likes being given something to do.
