About Rex And Tom:
Rex And Tom is a medium-sized, male, Huntaway puppy, aged 4 months.
Description:Two Huntaway Boys Looking for Loving Homes
Born 2 June, these two beautiful Huntaway pups didnโt have the best start in life. Their elderly owner, a close family member, has been struggling with memory issues and was no longer able to care for them or their mum. We stepped in to make sure they were safe, healthy, and given the best chance and have been caring for them since.
In our care theyโve absolutely flourished: happy, confident, and full of personality. Rex (white stripe and fluffy ears) is sharp, quick to learn (a real thinker) and quite cuddly when he’s not wriggling. Tom (lots of white) is loyal, a bit bossy to his brothers, and adores attention. Both are strong, affectionate pups who love people and play.
Theyโve had their vaccinations, are eating well, and are ready for the next stage of their lives: finding families or individuals who will love them as much as we do. We are not a rescue organisation, just family taking responsibility, so this is very much a private adoption.
Because these boys mean a lot to us, we’re happy to talk with anyone who feels they might have the right home, even if that means a bit of travel to get them there.

A bit about Rex And Tom’s personality:
Both Rex and Tom are very much rough and tumble puppies. Tom’s the boss, but Rex will guard his food pretty strongly, something we’ve been working on with him and completely understandable considering the situation they were in, however that’s the reason I have ticked the “No” check box as being ok with children at the moment. Rex is really smart and we’ve had a few cheerful escapes from our temporary pen (I’m no builder!) but he bounds back to us when we call him very pleased with himself. Tom sounds the alarm when Rex gets out with his typical Huntaway bark.
