How well does Bo get on with other dogs? Great.

Bo is very intelligent, playful, energetic dog who loves other dogs, people, and toys he can chew. His recall is excellent, and he has; sit, wait, go to bed commands all of which he can do, although sometimes life is just too exciting. So, someone that can spend time on his training would be ideal as he is still learning the rules.

In foster he has freedom of the home and grounds in the day with standard farm fencing and gates with no problem, just sticks with the other dogs on the property while his fosterer works from home for a few hours a day, during this period he is happy to have quiet time with the other dogs.

A rural home would be best for Bo with room to run, with an active family to burn off energy and keep his young mind stimulated. Heโ€™d also love having another dog as a playmate, as he enjoys a rough and tumble or zoomies with the dogs he is fostered with.

Bo loves a cuddle, is gentle natured, likes to know where his people are and will check in to make sure he knows, he will bark if left alone, so having someone at home most of the time would be great.
He is sleeping in a crate at night and makes it known that he would rather be by your side, but settles in a very short time, then he’s quiet for the rest of the night

He’s quite soft on the lead when on his own but if other dogs are around he wants to be next to them as something exciting might happen. Bo has not been around children in foster but wouldnโ€™t think there would be any problem, as very gentle.

Heโ€™s been fostered with a cat, and sees sheep, cattle, horses, and goats daily. He responds well to commands and comes away when told. Bo travels well in the car, sitting quietly in the back, and is always ready for the next adventure.

If you feel you can give this handsome young boy what he needs he would love to hear from you.

Bo has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and is currently registered.

He has an adoption fee of $350 and, as with all of our foster dogs, weโ€™ll require a vet reference and property inspection prior to adoption.
