Meet Lucy, the Loving Lap Dog!

Lucy is a sweet and affectionate girl who loves nothing more than snuggling up on your lap. She’s a fan of long walks, playing with balls, and running around with her canine friends. With great recall and fine lead walking skills, Lucy is a joy to be around.

While Lucy can show some aggression on lead, she’s happy to meet other dogs when free playing. She’s great with children, but we’re unsure about her interactions with cats.

Lucy’s had a rough past, and it shows in her house manners. She’s still learning to hold her bladder, and she’s been known to sneak a snack or two off the kitchen bench. She’s also a bit of a chewer and eats quickly. She obviously isn’t used to toileting on the grass so there will sometimes be a surprise on the driveway.

Despite her quirks, Lucy is a lovable girl who responds well to reassurance and love. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, we know Luna will continue to improve and become an even more wonderful companion.

Lucy has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and is currently registered.
She has an adoption fee of $350 and, as with all of our foster dogs, we’ll require a vet reference and property inspection prior to adoption.

If you’re interested in Lucy please get in touch! We’d love to find her a home soon.
