About Tahi:
Tahi is a large, male Heading Dog, aged 6 years old.
Description:Tahi is a 6 year male (de-sexed). Nice gentle nature but wasn’t treated right earlier in life so will need some TLC and a bit of time to settle in and learn that he is in a safe place. Loves to keep an eye on the action and be a part of what is happening. Not suitable as a full time working dog as he can’t handle a lot of pressure but would love a lifestyle block with some stock work. Reluctantly rehoming as I need to down size my dog team.
Is Tahi used to children? No.Is Tahi used to cats? Don’t know.
Is Tahi toilet-trained? No.
Is Tahi used to stock? Yes.
Is Tahi used to chickens? No.
How well does Tahi get on with other dogs? OK.
Tahi lives in Gore, South Island.
A bit about Tahi’s personality:
Lovely gentle natured dog who loves pats and rubs and loves to please his owner. Will come across as shy and timid at first due to abuse when he was younger but with TLC and bit of time he will come out of his shell and his true personality shines through.
