A bit about Tessa’s personality:
This gorgeous gal is looking for her happily ever after home.
– Tessa would be ideally suited to a quieter home without cats. Sheโs a low key dog who loves her peanut butter, her soccer ball and lazing in the sun.
-Tessa doesnโt need a huge amount of exercise as she has slightly wonky hips. She does not require any medication for this and it is currently managed by good diet and moderate exercise. She fine with other low key dogs.
– Tessa cannot be rehomed to a property with cats as she likes to, and will, chase them. She gets nervous around fast moving, active children so we feel a home where the children are over 10 or there are no children would suit her best.
-Being a farm dog breed, she does have a voice and likes to use it. She uses it appropriately โ โplease play with meโ, โplease give me my dinnerโ. She is not a nuisance barker.
We expect to see Tessa go to a home where she is an inside dog and a big part of the family going on adventures together and getting regular exercise and stimulation, and of course lots of love!
In order to adopt Tessa you will need a safe and secure section with good fencing and either own your own home or have permission from your landlord allowing you to have a dog on the property and in the house.
Adoption fee is $300 and includes desexing (already done), up-to-date vaccinations, worming, fleaing, microchipping, registration on NZCAR, and registration with local council.
