Chase is a 2-month-old Huntaway X pup with a big heart and even bigger paws! The last of his litter still waiting for a home, this sweet boy is ready to find his forever family.

🐾 𝗛𝗶, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗡𝗲𝗿𝗼 – 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 🐾

Six months ago, I was just a tiny pup with big paws and even bigger dreams. Now, I’m growing into a playful Border Collie X boy with a curious nose, a wagging tail, and a heart that just wants to belong.

Every day, I chase my ball until my legs can’t go any faster. I watch the cows and horses with wide eyes, wondering what it would be like to herd them (I bet I’d be good at it!). When I’m done exploring, I love nothing more than flopping down at your feet and soaking up all the love I can get.

I’ll be honest – I’m still learning. Car rides? Not my favourite… yet. Chickens and cats? Haven’t met them. But I am really good at sitting, lying down, coming when called, and waiting by the door when I need to go outside. I’m crate trained, toilet trained, and I adore kids and other dogs.

Sometimes, new people or new things make me nervous. But when someone is patient with me, my cheeky side shines through – and then I can’t wait to be your buddy.

💚 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗢𝗳
I imagine a home where I can run, play, and maybe have another doggy friend to give me confidence. A family who’s active, loving, and ready to keep teaching me as I grow.

Right now, I’m being fostered in Whangārei, but I’m ready to travel anywhere in NZ if it means finding my forever people.
