About Lad:

Lad is a medium-sized, male Heading Dog, aged 6 years old.

Description:

Lad is my lovely faithful boy who I have had since he was born, we bred him and so i have a huge attachment to him. My only reason for finding my boy a forever home is because my 3 year old maremma and him do not get along at all, and if I don’t find him a new home I know it will end badly, so it is with a heavy heart I am rehoming him. He used to work on the farm and has also dog trialed in the past, but has been my mate at home as a pet for the past 20 months or so. He would make someone a lovely companion and if you have a lifestyle with some sheep he would love to help you with them, he just wasn’t suited to being part of a full time team working all day as he is a bit too soft for that ! Finding him the right home is so important. He definitely gets on better with bitches than dogs, and he is also castrated. When he gets to know you he will love you unconditionally.

Is Lad used to children? Yes.
Is Lad used to cats? Yes.
Is Lad toilet-trained? Yes.
