About Roy:
Roy is a medium-sized, male Heading Dog, aged 9 years old.
Description:Retired working dog, up until a few months ago he was still working regularly but I chose to retire him as his head was in the game but body started giving up. He’s starting to go deaf, blind and has a bit of arthritis. He still has plenty of life left in him and would benefit from a lifestyle block where he can cruise around and help out with odd little stock shifts and spend the rest of his days being someone’s best mate. Ideally I’d like him to go to someone that will keep in contact and send through updates for me
Is Roy used to children? Yes.Is Roy used to cats? Don’t know.
Is Roy toilet-trained? No.
Is Roy used to stock? Yes.
Is Roy used to chickens? No.
How well does Roy get on with other dogs? OK.
Roy lives in Te Kuiti, North Island.
A bit about Roy’s personality:
Super easy going, cool, calm and collected dog. Zero fuss about anything. Will spend all day everyday sitting in the same spot staring into space if you let him. Happy guy always greets you with a smile and can’t get enough pats
