About Wynn:

Hi, I’m Wynn. I’m a 3-year-old heading dog.

I currently live on a farm, in Pahiatua.

They say I’m handsome. Some call me ‘Dingo.’

I may be a spunky looking guy but, I can assure you, I’m the most gentle-natured boy!

I may be part of a team of working dogs – and a working breed – but I’m not overly suited to farm work.

I tootle behind sheep in the lane and LOVE running alongside the bike or riding in the trailer – it’s FUN!

My happy place is lying on the quad, soaking up the sun – and hoping the bike will magically start!

Work’s been a bit boring for me, so my farmer’s hoping to find me a loving new home – on a lifestyle block, where I can still lend a hand.

She thinks I’d be happiest with another cruisy dog, like me. I’d love a soft-natured boy or girl play buddy!

She says, with me being so used to dog company, I’d probably feel a little lonely living as a solo dog.

I’d be great sharing my home, only, I do tend to guard my food from other doggies, so would need my own space for eating.

My farmer thinks I’d be happy in a town home too – especially a place where I could stay busy in the day; have that human daytime company and a good chance to run and stretch my long legs!

She will be picky about my new home. I deserve only the BEST, she says!

I’m a shy boy. It takes me a while to warm to new people. I promise, though, it’s worth taking that time, for a guy like ME!

My farmer loves having me around. We’ve become good friends and she’ll be sad to say goodbye.

I know she’s only wanting for my happiness.

She would like to trial me in my new home, to make sure I’m the right fit.

She’d also welcome any updates to hear how I’m settling in.

So, if you’re looking for a gentle-natured friend – and you’ve got a spare seat on the quad I could keep warm and toasty – I may be the guy for you!
