Looking for a dog that can keep up with you?
Meet Lucy!
Lucy is a stunning 4-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer cross with an incredible combination of intelligence, athleticism, and enthusiasm for life. She is the type of dog who wakes up every day ready for action and thrives when she has both physical exercise and mental stimulation.
This clever girl loves having a job to do and forms strong bonds with her people. She is highly trainable, eager to learn, and would excel in activities such as agility, scent work, obedience, canicross, hunting, tramping, running, or any active lifestyle where she can be included as part of the team.
Lucy is fantastic with other dogs and genuinely enjoys canine company. She is also very people-focused and loves being involved in whatever her family is doing. Whether it’s heading out on an adventure, learning a new skill, or simply hanging out after a busy day, Lucy is happiest when she’s with her humans.
Because of her drive and energy levels, Lucy is looking for a town-based home that can provide regular exercise, ongoing training, and plenty of opportunities to use her brain. She would be best suited to a family with teenage or older children who understand and enjoy active dogs.
Lucy cannot live with cats, stock, or small animals, as her hunting instincts are simply too strong. However, in the right home, those same instincts make her an incredibly engaging and rewarding companion.
If you’re looking for a loyal, intelligent dog who will join you on every adventure, challenge you to get outdoors, and reward you with endless affection and companionship, Lucy may just be the perfect addition to your family.
Could Lucy be the partner you’ve been searching for? Get in touch to learn more about this amazing girl.
