About Lace:

Lace is a medium-sized, female Huntaway, aged 10.

Description:

Lace is a 10-year-old huntaway that has done her dash on the hills.
We took her off the hills and onto more gentle country from a good friend of ours 12 months ago. It turns out she is only happy to work for him and no one else, so it’s time for her to retire.
She sustained an injury to her back leg when she was 1 and as a result of this has a pin in it. This does not hinder her at all.
Lace is ready for retirement, we do not have the capacity or one on one times she loves and deserves.

Is Lace used to children? Yes.
Is Lace used to cats? No.
Is Lace toilet-trained? No.
Is Lace used to stock? Yes.
Is Lace used to chickens? No.
How well does Lace get on with other dogs? Great.
Lace lives in Turangi.
A bit about Lace’s personality:

Lace is a loveable old girl that has come from a Gisborne family where she worked on the hills behind a horse all day and then came home and played horse with the kids as they rode her and climbed all over her. She is she most loyal, caring and kind old girl you’ll ever meet. She’s happy relaxing during the day but if you ask her for a walk she’s always willing to join you.
